I would give zero stars, but thats not possible .Very bad service.
I never felt more uncomfortable than there.
I would not recommand going there.
The lighting was also off.

Awesome place to drink some beer and play pool or snooker. Low prices, many tables, nice staff

Not so crowded on weekdays, and the staff is always polite. Depending on the days you can play for very cheap.
