I had such a pleasant stay. I was supposed to check in at the hostel next door but they don’t have room anymore. I found here and the receptionists were so friendly and helpful with checking in, luggage storage and even so thoughtful to give me spoons and forks when I get late night food delivered. Everything was very clean too!

THE LADY GENERAL MANAGER SAID A VERY POLITE HELLO AT BREAKFAST - SHE WAS TRAINING THE STAFF, AND TOOK TIME TO MAKE SURE I HAD WHAT I NEEDED.

I've been here three or four times but neither as a hotel guest or visitor. They've rented out space in the back for a Corona test centre. That es where I went. Did I enjoy their service? Yes, recommend. Had to wait a bit the last time but all in all fast service.

Loved the location, nice compact room and great view on the fifth floor. The breakfast was very good and had everything you's want (except kaiserbrötchen...). The hotel has a religious background, so you get some complimentary reading in your room as well as a fresh bible verse in the elevator daily weather report. I thought it was cute. Just like the free wifi called "Godspot", which was working fine. Free apples in the lobby!

I guess it can get quite hot in the summer. It was 27 Celsius during the day and plus 20 at night and the room didn't have airconditioning. Luckily I can sleep anywhere, but I think some people might be unpleasantly surprised. Small tv, but I didn't use it.

Rooms are clean and fine. Bathroom is also ok, needs some refreshment. A big plus is service, delicious breakfast and great location.

Excellent location, cozy small room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, a bottle of mineral water for free.
Could be more of small details of attention, like sewing kit, shower cap, creme etc., and iron - not to ask them in reception.

Ideally located close to museums, subway and train station, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are quiet and well appointed, wholeheartedly recommended.
