Haven’t been in many spots of the chain. This place looks cool with large space for dinning. In our case the line were not crowded and the staff was nice.
The thing is there are many choices at the menu and the food looks great but the taste is so-so.
We had higher expectation and it was just ordinary paste less that’s do it yourself at home..

Good food, normal vapiano. It has a beautiful view but sometimes is too crowded so not good for when looking for a quick meal. The staff many times is not very friendly. The lasagne tastes very good but it is smaller than the other dishes, so if you are hungry better go for a pizza or pasta.

My dish was great: pasta carbonara salmone, not cheap though.
The restaurant/counters are a bit crowded, the staff is under pressure (you can tell by the manner of speaking to customers) the tables are fine, nice view.. : I would go back for a second time!

A good Italian. Watching the chefs prepare the food right then and there adds a good bit of charm, but be prepared to be standing there waiting for a good amount of time. Not ideal of you prefer waiting at your seat for the food to be ready.

Cool style restaurant but it's hard to recommend you to go. It takes a lot of time waiting the food and makes ppl losing the patience.

Always a great place to have a meal. This time, given it was a Friday night probably, it was a bit too crowded and had to wait long for my meal. Worth it!

I liked my visit there. My pizza was really good. It is quite unorganized and the staff don't give you any information how everything works if you are for first time. It was full of dirty plates everywhere but I guess it is like that at busy time. Would visit it again for quick bite.
