This branch changes your attitude regarding the brand. I was a bit skeptical with one of my purchases from Fossil but the team at this branch put time to help me get to know the product more and explained everything in details. I totally recommend this branch and the staff. Friendly and professional.

Bought my husband a watch here a few years ago, we went in this weekend to buy a new band. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we will definitely be back again :)

The best Fossil store in Berlin.

Staff were super friendly, patient and not pushy.
They helped us with trying out different watch options, but at the end we haven't bought anything.
The store is well organized and has of the current Fossil collection.

Very bad service. The store offers a service of engraving in bags, wallets, etc.. When I asked the attendant to engrave something, she was totally unwilling. In the end, the engraving was totally crooked. I don't recommend this shop.
