Friendly staff and brilliant service, loved the food too. The price is not bad compared to other places. Would defo come back.

Horrible customer experience:
1. I went first to the self order station and wanted to order with the "Gutschein 170". The KFC has terrible UI and I couldn't find the QR code to scan at the order station.
2. Then, I went to the counter to order.
3. Order at 20:25. Got my food at 21:15. Is KFC really a "fast-food" restaurant. When I picked up my order, my 2x drinks were not on the platter. The guy had to look at my receipt again and pickup up the pre-filled into cup drinks which were next to the drink stations. There were sitting there for at least 10 minutes.
4. I was hoping that at least the food is good. Nope, Kentucky Dried Chicken.
5. I only received 2 packs of Ketchup for an order with 2x large fries and 6x pieces of dry chicken. So, I went to the counter to ask for more Ketchup because I needed more sauce for the dry chicken.
6. But I was told that I need to pay 0.40€ for extra Ketchup. The "perfect" customer experience.

Negative aspects:
A. Unorganized kitchen
- Employees are working slowly and taking their sweet time while there are at least 20 orders shown on the order backlog screen.
- Manager doesn't seem to be "managing" at all.

B. Horrible feedback app
- I submited a feedback by scanning the QR code on my receipt
- But before I can give my feedback, there was a screenshot with instructions to fill in the information of the store, date, receipt number, etc. Can't the app collect those information automatically from the QR code?
- The app looks like it's built in 2009
- Who was the UX designer?

Original Chicken tasty and 2 pieces is definitely not enough to satiafy my crave for KFC

Staff were friendly, had a tv screen where orders were followed if you didn't know English. Toilets free to use out the back as well.

Not as good as Australian KFC - chips are like French fries and no chicken salt ..not the best.

Reply: KFC is an international brand and I respect you have a menu similar to the US, but if you look at the thick cut chips in Australia with chicken salt, they are amazing and personally without that style of chip, it's only worth having the Burger in KFC Germany.

Uneducated staff and Deceptive Marketing. - Wanted to get new KFC veggie chicken and no where in store is info if its vegan. Asked staff 2 times if its vegan and they answered yes, annoyingly. Rude Staff! False info! KFC Veggie chicken contains milk and eggs - found on their website, hidden well.

Services and preparation time were good. Food was not upto my expectation(especially French Fries were tasteless)
