Wish I could give more stars.

Very polite and friendly staff, the interior is well designed and furnished, aesthetically pleasing I must say. 2G+ rules apply here and you have to be boosted too. Sitting is well spaced and arranged with high stools and low stools. There’s upstairs sitting as well.

The food is AMAZING! Well prepared, well seasoned and portions are large????????. They make your food right in front of you which I think is great and adds to the experience of dining here. They also have a great selection of white wine.

I will definitely visit here again.

One of the best Vapianos I've been to. It’s a 2-story restaurant with self ordering kiosks, a few steps away from the metro station.

Pros:
- Tasty food.
- Order preparation time (10-15 min avg).
- Self-order kiosks.
- Polite and friendly staff.
- Located close to the metro.

Cons:
- Sometimes there is a line when ordering, because they only have 2 order points.

Quite long waiting time and long queue.
Maybe due to COVID, the order was required to place at the cashier and payment had to be settle at one. Luca check in is necessary as well. Both factors led to a long queue. I queued for more than 10 mins to order.
The drink was served very fast, right after the order. It’s a nice gesture so that I could enjoyed my drinks while waiting for the food.
However, it was a long wait, longer than usual. I’m not sure if it’s shortage of the staff or not that caused the long wait.
I ordered the shrimp pasta and unfortunately the seasoning was uneven. My first bite was tasteless but after stirring it was better.
The flavor of the food was just like other vapiano restaurants, nothing special.

I'll start this by saying that I usually love Vapiano and I've tried it in many cities over the years. It's one of those restaurants where I feel I can't go wrong because the dishes are so good.

However, this Vapiano was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a restaurant. I ordered one of my favorite dishes and they gave me a cold, insipid pasta dish (seriously, it seemed like they forgot to put salt in the pasta water). They also mixed up the orders with someone else and forgot to give us the extra bread and cheese that we ordered, so my husband went to ask for it and they told him he was a liar and asked to see our card for our order (spoiler alert: yes, we had ordered extra bread and cheese).

Most of the staff was friendly and the atmosphere is nice, but the food wasn't worth it. I won't come here ever again.

Another an average Vapiano restaurant at Potsdamer Platz.

As always, it took them a while to get your order ready.

Food is less than average as always, so no any higher expectations whenever you decide to stop by.

Eating in an Italian restaurant, I truly expected a fresh caesar salad; however, it was not!
Also, the other order (pinsa) was too small for its price.

TL;DR: Food was nice, but weird ordering system which confused locals and tourists alike.

There's a terminal where you can order food, but it only works if you have a "guest card" which you have to ask at a desk near the entrance. However, this only becomes clear after you have selected everything that you want to order.

However, since the place was quite busy (according to the staff) they were not immediately handing out these guest cards. While waiting around, I saw more people using the terminal without a guest card, oblivious to the fact that they needed one.

Food however was quite nice (decently-sized portions and tasty), but
