I got the dulce de leche and cookies flavours in a cone and they were really nice. My mom also tried tiramisu and enjoyed it. Wasn’t too busy when I went and there was about 15-20 flavours to choose from. Definitely a bit pricey but it’s expected for Häagen-Dazs.

What an experience.. We had the chance to tried the icecream Fondue today (and some more of course). It was simply the best idea after a very long and tiring walk through the city.
With a very great location in between Potsdamer Platz and Brandenburg Gate, they not only offer a delicious ice cream but also a great coffee.
Lastly we just want to compliment those in the kitchen (the food just looks exactly like in the Pic, prove it yourself) and the waitress for the super service.
See you very soon.

Great location and tastes great, but the Indian staff member who was helping us reused the spoon that I used to taste the ice cream!!! When he asked for it back, I thought he was going to throw it away but he dunked it into the container that I wanted to taste. It made me and my friends feel so grossed out! Management really needs to do a better job at training about health and safety!

every single ice cream we tried was incredibly good and a super satisfying consistency. the inside is very nice and quiet so you can sit and talk without the hustle and bustle of the street outside. my only downside is the fact that there is only one toilet and it was messy, a bit dirty and was out of soap

Stunning decor and great customer service. The attendant spoke English too.

The explosion brownie is not worth the price. Just too chocolaty

Before I went there, I already read bad reviews on the Café, but it also made know beforehand you weren't allowed to sit if you do take away / order at the counter. Because, obviously it should be available for customers that want to sit and be served. It is rather confusing so the concept itself isn't a smart idea but you can take this into account.

I wanted to sit down anyway. I went 2 times and both times the waiters and waitresses were very friendly and helpful. The problem is that they also have to make orders as well so sometimes they are behind the corner preparing orders and can't see you so that causes long waiting times. You should go only here if you are not in a hurry.

The fruit cocktail and iced coffee I ordered were both great! The fruit cocktail did have the whole cup filled with whipped cream, so I just didn'y finish that, but the fruity sorbet ice creams and fresh fruit were a delight.

The interior is lovely! Basically I liked the food (both taste and look), staff, interior. Just the organisation of workflow is bad, but the people working there can't really do something about that.
