Excellent hospital. I was in station D1. Hand department. Diagnose, narcotic treatment, operation and care on the Station excellent. I can highly recommend this place for all kind of problems with the hands. If they cannot fix it nobody can :)

Where to even begin?? I was sent there by an internal medicine doctor and they ran multiple tests over 10 hours and I never even talked to a doctor. I was there for 4 hours before they even did a COVID test. Like, why even at that point?

The only way I got information was to go to the nurse at the front and ask. Ten hours sitting in a waiting room while they run test after test and don't even keep me informed on what's going on. In the end I left wit no diagnosis and no info from any doctor. I thought the system in the US was bad but at least they put you in a room and keep you informed. And I speak German so there really was no excuse.
In the end I just left and they didn't even care.

Most staff was nice, but lack of communication between one another was obvious. We'll see what the bill ends up being.

Nice building, nice garden. People are generally friendly. It’s a good hospital in comparison with the other options in Berlin.

Unfortunately, waiting times even with appointment are extreme!
Bring lunch and drinks, even when your appointment is in the morning. Trust me, you’ll need it.
The canteen has only the most unhealthy food options. Same with the hospital food served in the rooms. Comically bad and unhealthy…

They’re a joke, got 3 appointments for an operation and each time it was canceled. The excuse is “we are an emergency hospital and cannot plan ahead”. You’re a bunch of clowns.

I was here this morning due to bad pain in my abdomen. Pain is still their as I need to be observed. Whats nice is the vibes so.far are well.. trying their best to make the patient comfy. Speak english and for someone anxious always I would say so far I felt better. I try also in German so I can practice.b ut overall staff, is good, attending. ????

Had to have emergency surgery. Almost everyone was nice to help calm my nerves. Good doctors, most of the nurses were nice. One specifically in the night shift was so sweet and caring! With the current load of patients - I had an overall good experience there. Thank you!!

Very professional and friendly medical staff. The people working in the kitchen are however extremely rude, always complaining, making snappy comments and so on. A person who’s rude to an old patient in the hospital lacks basic human decency and empathy.
