Ich habe 4 Monate dort Sport gemacht inkl. Ernährungsberatung, leider mit mäßigen Erfolg.
Für die 4 Monate habe ich 461€ bezahlt. Wunder hatte ich nicht erwartet aber doch schon ein Ergebnis. Ich habe es leider auch nur 1x die Woche zum Sport geschafft. Bin beruflich sehr eingespannt und am Wochenende ist leider nicht geöffnet.
Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und freundlich.
Die Umkleide ist sehr klein, mehr wie 2 Mann können sich dort nicht fertig machen.
Der Parkplatz ist gebührenpflichtig, da sollte bei den Beiträgen eine Lösung gefunden werden.

Alle Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und helfen bei jedem Problem aus. Es wird auch einem geholfen das Ganze durchzuziehen.
Durch Figura hab ich auch schon 16 Kilo verloren und mach auch noch weiter.
Ich selber bin Studentin, also ist die Figura Abnehmakademie für Leute jeden Alters geeignet.
Der Fitnessraum ist natürlich kein Fitnesscenter, jedoch finde ich ihn perfekt abgestimmt auf die Bedürfnisse und super effektiv. Aufgrund dessen, dass sich die Geräte auf einen individuell abstimmen und einem auch durch die Fitnessgeräte selbst gezeigt wird, ob man die Übung in der richtigen Geschwindigkeit ausführt, ist der Sport den man dann macht am effektivsten.
Ich bin wirklich beeindruckt, wie den Menschen dort zu einem gesünderen Lebensstil verholfen wird.

kompetente Beratung bin ich bis jetzt total happy....und hoffe sehr dass ich nächstes Jahr mein Ziel erreicht habe und vor allem mein Gewicht halten werde ...kann es nur empfehlen , ach so bis jetzt habe ich fast 14 Kg abgenommen , aber was total geil ist 10 kg reines Körperfett ...sind weg .
Es macht einfach nur Spaß...
