We arrived and waited a little moment for a sales person. We started trying some rings with her. Then quickly had to dash off to collect something and said we would be back straight away. Our initial sales person was with another customer, which was fine since another sales person was available. We asked if she could continue showing us rings. She was very kind and more than happy to help. Her colleague (our first sales person) stopped her though, and asked us to wait for her. I don’t think it’s okay to have us waiting while someone else is free, just so she can secure her commission. Our experience should be more important than her commission. We left upset, as we were waiting for quite a while, while others around us kept being taken care off. Very sad experience, looking for wedding bands…

Beware! The employees will evade and dance and do everything to avoid telling you they do not offer refunds on purchases. They will tell you that you can "return" your item to any shop in Germany within 30 days and not to worry, but when you ask for clarification they'll change the subject, offer to show you another piece, or assure you it is a beautiful piece and there's no need to worry. They tell you they accept RETURNS but will avoid telling you they do not offer REFUNDS. Just be aware that you cannot get a REFUND for your purchases here, no matter what the sales reps says to you. They are either trained to avoid telling you about the "no refund" policy or they do it on their own, but you will need to be direct and ask multiple times for clarification on the fact they DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. They will offer exchanges, but not refunds. They will use the word "RETURN" to confuse you, but they do not offer Refunds. Beware! You can exchange the purchase for a KaDeWE voucher that can be used at any shop in KaDeWe, but no where else and not online. Be careful of their shady sales tactics.

The costumer services and staff at the store are absolutely dreadful!

I’m a regular client from Tiffany’s stores, of different countries, and I have never, EVER, been treated as poorly as I’m at Tiffanys in KaDeWe.

The sale-girls are completely uneducated on the pieces, and show zero interest in attending you. There is no interesting conversation that leads one to actually make a purchase, nor a sit down or a coffee is offered, which happens to one quite often when shopping at Tiffanyu0026Co in Champs Elysée, for instance. You have to do all the research yourself before choosing a piece, call first to make sure they have the piece in stock (which in itself feels like an absurd thing to do for a high-brand as this is supposed to be), go there, not be greeted, **go after** the sales-person, ask for your piece, pay and then leave, while the security guard guilts you abusively with stares, regardless of your appearance and age. It always feels like the sales-people are there to take your order as if they work for McDonalds and you’re passing through the drive-through.

This store, in this particular location, is more like a tourist attraction, where people walk-in to shop the brand cheap silver pieces, while travelling to Berlin using the day to tourist its ancient shopping mall, KaDeWe. The frequent costumers of this branch’s biggest intention is just to post the happening on social-media, and the staff of this location is very suitable for this type of passerby costumer, so if you’re a “proper” client of Tiffanys, and you enjoy high-class jewellery shopping or high-quality-brand staff behaviour, then let it be known that this is NOT the store for you. As you can see, the positive reviews here are from passerby costumers, travellers, visitors, never regular clients.

Also, FYI, if you are in Germany permanently or for an extended period of time, and considering shopping online with Tiffany.DE, DON’T!. They ship the pieces from London, the german online store is not connected to neither KaDeWe location nor the Hamburg branch, and they will seriously tell you to handle your online order issues with the general Tiffany’s Costumer Services, which is a toll-free number, where you will wait on the line for more than 30mins, at any particular day, just to NOT have your issue solved over the phone, but per email, which is always very untrustworthy and lengthly.

Do choose another branch instead of KaDeWe, do not shop at Tiffanys.DE and be aware of the type of service in this particular location.

Super nice store, sales professionals are very friendly, passionate about the job. One of the best places to shop high jewelry in KaDeWe.
