I normally don't bother writing bad reviews but being a years long customer in a place which supposed to be aware (yoga studio/vegan cafe) I just won't let this one get away without a comment.
I arrived today at Jivamukti yoga Mitte Berlin today to participate in English Yoga and needed to use the shop's wifi to log in through USC. I normally have my own internet but only today I didn't.
The nice girl at the counter printed out a paper with long unclear instructions on how to join the network. I tried to follow them for some minutes but it failed to connect. (By the way, it was complicated, I work in IT) When I asked for her help, a guy at the table (probably her manager) yelled towards her in German that he's sick and tired of helping hundreds of people connect. He asked her to stop helping me (she mumbled sorry) and that I should get along by myself. I gave up on the class and left the shop pretty shocked. I will just mention, I was early for class and the only customer, no one was even cueing.
I honestly can't recall I was ever treated in a rudest way as a customer, anywhere.
I guess they have too many customers they don't mind loosing one. But a yoga school should know better about Karma.
