Klappte nicht, das nervte und ich verließ das Geschäft ,ohne Einkauf.

Gestern kurz vor 20h bin ich im Bodyshop in der Schlossstraße 25 gewesen, um dort einen überaus freundlichen, ehrlichen und höchstkompetenten Mitarbeiter zu finden, der jeden Kunden in deren Ankunftsreihenfolge persönlich betreut hat. Der freundliche Herr hat es zu seiner Priorität gemacht, für jeden das passende Produkt zu finden, indem er mich beispielsweise fragte "Welchen Bodyscrub benutzen Sie sonst und weshalb gefällt ihnen dieser?" Das zeigt, dass der Kollege sich nicht nur mit Bodyshop Produkten auskennt, sondern auch mit ähnlichen Produkten der Konkurrenz. Das zeigt mir, dass er sich auch neben der Arbeit persönlich damit beschäftigen muss. Darüber hinaus erklärte mir der Herr die aktuellen Angebote "25% Reduzierung mit Kundenkarte" und rechnete mir so aus dem Stehgreif aus, was ich wofür bezahlen würde. Nun habe ich am Abend mein von ihm empfohlenen Bodyscrub ausprobiert und bin begeistert. Komme gern genau in diesen Bodyshop zurück. Noch eine Notiz ans Management: es freut mich sehr zu sehen, dass Ihr Team nicht ausschließlich aus studentischen Hilfskräften besteht, sondern auch hochkompetenten und sozialen Mitarbeitern im mittleren Alter. Das zeigt mir, dass Mitarbeiter-Umgang und Bezahlung gut sein müssen. Danke! Hier kaufe ich gerne ein.
