Very unprofessional service team

I just wanted to change the size of my air force 1 nike shoes there, which i bought a day before from
Kudamm Berlin.
As i arrived at the store at 11:15 on 29.07.2020 the workers were just behind the desk.
No greetings, no place for hand sanitizer, they were just busy with their own telephones.
I must go my self as a customer to them to ask about help, changing my shoes.
As i was explaining my problem, that the shoes that i got on the other day from another store in Kudamm, no one was really listening!!!!!

I my self have to unpack the shoes provide them the bill and than they brought me the right size shoes, with out packing those new shoes.

I have been a regular customer at footlocker, but as i saw such an unprofessional treatment of a customer, i must think 4-5 times, before going to footlocker again.

I really hope that the manager at this footlocker store speak with its team

Kam mir bei der Frage nach einem Schuh in einer anderen Größe, verarscht vor, als der Verkäufer nach meiner Frage ob es den Schuh in einer anderen Größe gibt den Schuh in die Hand nimmt, kurz anschaut und dann Nein sagt und ihn mir zurückgibt.
Letztendlich habe ich einen Schuh kaufen können, weil er in meiner Größe im Regal stand und es ja einen zweiten Schuh dazu geben musste :D
