I don't usually write bad reviews but I thought it has to be done because I've been hearing loads of bad opinion about this place.
I came here often back in the days for authentic Phở and of course for some warm coffee as well. This place used to be good...until the old staff left. The problem now with this restaurant is not the food, rather than the SERVICE. One of the waitress (not all of them) is very rude, unprofessional, unfriendly and to be honest she don't even care about the customer. I went in with my parents and and we asked for some hot Vietnamese coffee and the waitress rudely replied : "We don't serve hot coffee here, only cold coffee!" We were a bit confused and asked why then she coldly said: "I just don't do those filter coffee anymore, it's just that simple." This is not the first time I've encountered rude service from this place, rather a lot! It comes to the point where I do not think it's worth it to come to this place anymore. It's a pity that I will not be coming back to this place anytime soon.
I just hope that the owner of this restaurant really takes the time to read through the comments and make a decision to improve the restaurant.
