I would avoid this place, especially if you don't speak German. The doctor who attended us spoke English, but most of the nurses/workers did not, and we were poorly treated by them because we could not understand what they were asking us. Considering that going through fertility treatment is already quite a struggle, their attitude made the process much harder and ultimately affected the result of it. Also, I felt rushed all the time during my visits with the doctor, and most of my questions were left unanswered. On top of that, we could not pay with a credit card because their credit card machine was not working, but they blamed us and asked us to open a bank account to transfer the money (we were in the country just for some months, so that was not in our plans)
