Premium cost with many dysfunctions. The front desk reception literally does not know ANYTHING about Berlin. If you ask ANY question, they literally know nothing.
It is like they hired a random person from the street, did zero training, and had them SIT at the front desk all day looking at their iPhone. The front desk staff is literally busy looking at their phone, and you have to constantly request for them to put their phone down to even talk to you.
Air condition does not work.
Ventilation in the room, and the bathroom does not work.
I requested an iron and ironing board 2X, and they literally can’t find it in their hotel. The people who work here, cannot find their own equipment! One lady says she does not have access to the key to unlock the door to get to the equipment for the customers, and I have to wait 24 hours for some other person with a key.
The room is big… That is all.
Everything else does not work properly… Especially the staff that appear to be bothered / annoyed when you ask them a simple question.
