DO NOT STAY HERE! SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS, SAVE YOUR MONEY ! Keep looking for something better!!!!

1) Unfriendly and quite rude staff!
There is no checking prior breakfast nobody at the door to check your room key but it does not stop staff from shouting at you, mid breakfast, with no decent language skills, just shouting - CARD! SHOW CARD! Rude, rude, rude!
They give us one room key for three people, they blocked the room key at 9 the day of check out and so on, so on.

2) Room was dirty, there were dust hanging from chandelier, the towels were dirty with holes, the bedding was old and not clean.
3) The pressure in shower was game of luck, if your neighbor is using shower be ready for contrast shower.
4) And the most amusing part was rats outside the windows and all the glory of their fights for food, not nice especially if you are staying in first floor and traveling with child.
Overall PLEASE TRY AND FIND DIFFERENT space for your stay, would not recommend to anyone, SAVE YOUR SELF FROM THIS!!!!!

Hotel with an excellent location inside the historic house. Friendly and kind staff, clean rooms, renovated bathrooms and comfortable beds. Rich breakfast and a warm atmosphere!! I will definitely come back here.

Staff is absolutely horrible. You have to pay extra for basic utilities. Room was OK at best, but when you discover something like mold the staff tells you to stop wasting their time and solve it yourself. Especially person at the reception desk seems to get joy out of trying to make a guest's stay as unpleasant as possible.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life. There was a problem with the central heating in our room, which resulted in the room been constantly at 35 degrees Celsius. Despite my constant effort to communicate with the receptionists and resolve this issue, all but one were rude, indifferent towards my problem and unable to communicate in English. In short, the problem was never really solved; we stayed sleepless for three nights, and I finally managed to be given a fan on our last night there. Overall, a really bad service.

Awesome location! A room with a balcony is something special. All necessary room facilities were in place. Great building with history. Russian speaking personnel.

Great location but would not recommend at all. I've never stayed in a 3-star hotel with such rude front desk staff. They are not interested in customer satisfaction and expect payment up-front so you are stuck there after paying. Asked to see our room before paying and it really triggered front desk guy; he and other front desk staff seem to have no sense of what customer service is about. Our towels arrived at 10:30 pm.

Breakfast was good, and the lovely women doing the breakfast and cleaning service work very hard, and were kind. Rooms were clean but many have no A/C and one of our windows didn't open, so hard to get cold air in. WIFI was spotty, too - so we asked to switch rooms and received anger from front desk guy, who actually raised his voice to my son. Some of our bedding had blood stains on it...of course they replaced it, but this should not be an issue with proper laundering. I could go on, but just avoid the drama and find a better place to spend your money.

I got covid and had to isolate in the hotel room. They sent a breakfast package up to my room every morning, but it did not contain the best food. The most annoying thing was though, that the airco in the room did not work. It got very hot in the room + I had a fever from covid so I was miserable. I asked them if they could help, but they just told me to wait. After 3 days of going back to ask (there is no phone in the room to call the reception, you need to go down), they finally gave me a fan, which helped a little, but it made me realize they could have offered that to me sooner... On my final day a man came to fix the airco.
On one day, the wifi did not work either. Again, I was stuck inside with covid, and missing out on my conference, so I really wanted to have at least internet in my room. And again, when asking for help, they did not show the slightest sympathy or effort to help. I got the reply of "just go downstairs to the lobby, here the wifi works, when you need it." I explained I cant go to the lobby because I need to be in isolation, and I remained calm and polite, but they interrupted me and kept saying I just need to go downstairs if I needed wifi.
Needless to say, I do not recommend this hotel and will never go back.
