War eben in der tchibo Filiale im gesundbrunnen. Wollte einen kostenlosen Kaffee einlösen. Die verkäuferin bzw eine davon die blonde mit maske war sehr gestresst. Hatte vorher schon mitbekommen das sie unterbesetzt sind erzählte es einem Kunden. Kann ich verstehen arbeite selber im Handel. Aber es dauert sagte sie ihrer Kollegin in einen genervt Ton.
