Seemed like I ordered a lettuce burger! Patty was tiny covered in Rucola and lettuce. Burger was really cold, fries tasted like they were sitting there for 4 hours. Would not recommend going to this place. Food is garbage and tasteless.

I would really like to give more stars here, because I did have a nice visit. Unfortunately the one thing that was bad was the burger patty which is just too big of a deal for a burger place...

I had: triple cheese burger and a Bavarian beer

Good things: nice interior, very nice, helpful and attentive service, fresh ingredients (salad etc), good variety of sauces and dips, decent combinations, perfect amount of choices ranging from beef to vegan and vegetarian and even different (cheese) fries variations, customisable burgers from extras to bun

Bad things: the beef patty. I have to 100% agree with some of the other reviews about the patty being waaay too dense and tightly pressed, not to mention completely cooked through (but I guess that's preferences). It is rather thin and the texture is quite unpleasant, it feels very unnatural. Also taste wise it doesn't convince. That thing destroyed the otherwise nice burger.

I really hope the owner looks at the reviews and takes changes into consideration because I think the place has potential and is a nice addition to the food choices in the area. I might come back to try one of the veggie patties at some point and see if they're better.

Probably one of the worse burger in town.
Everything comes from the freezer, I am everyday in Gesundbrunnen center and I tried 3 times to eat there.
Everytime a worse experience.
Quality of the meat is same level of mcdonald (that is one floor away), but cost more.
And the "boss" (I suppose he is the boss because he does not dress an uniform) was really arrogant with the workers and with me. I saw him treat in a very unrespectful way his waiters and chef. In front of me....
Conclusion, it is a nice place to see, a terrible place to eat. I assume they spent all the money in forniture without caring about the food... Wrong choice for a restaurant.

This was a great burger everything taste fresh it wasn't dry. The meat was juicy and easy to eat . I loved the bread and the service it is located in a easy to access location in the mall. I ate everything on my plate nothing was left over. The fries were fresh and perfect, crispy but not dry!

One of the best burgers I have had in Berlin without the large price attached to it, not only are the burgers good in taste but unique in flavor as well as appearance. Overall a fantastic place to get a filling a good lunch or even a relaxed dinner. Don’t listen to these other reviewers, “Beef patty to thick.” It’s a burger, that is pure beef my friend and that’s what a burger needs.
