Friendly female employee. I was surprised of the large variety of Donats.

The blonde old female employee has mental issues and this needs to be escalated. She should not work in customer service when she hates people (especially POC).
I normally buy here from too good to go and they have very excellent variety of options and they are almost all very tasty. The young employee is always very smiling and friendly. The blonde and older employee who works here however only puts 1 sort of donut in the box, and when I told her that this is not the idea behind too good to go and her colleagues put one from all varieties they have left over, she got really loud and said I paid only 4.50 and not 13 euros to get the full package ^^ I then went back in to photograph the useless box she packed just because I wanted to save the donuts from going to waste, she attacked me and threatened me with calling the police. I wish she did and they put her in a mental hospital. She really hurt me and if I get a health report on this, she can end up in jail. I don't know why dunkin donuts still employ someone like this when everyone wrote here that she was a very bad person.

Really rude and aggressive service by Rodger. I came in for a donut, not a rude lecture.

The only positive part of the experience was watching Rodgers change in demeanor after I asked for his name. After this he was more than happy to share where the napkins were.

Safe to say, I am never going back there.

We got 3 donuts, 1 cookie cream and 2 Nutella, the flavor was nice but the quality of the donuts is not the Dunkin experience I had in 3 different countries. The people there are nice and polite

Sugary, calorie donuts, the choices are very less but they taste great. I love the chai latte here. Not as pricy as in alexanderplatz

Staff very unfriendly! I bought donuts and coffee and sat outside. I had a problem with my foot and been to doctor, so I raised my foot for 2 mins on the chair because I was in pain... The staff stepped out to tell me that they do not allow me to do that... And they do not care if I am in pain!
