The number of participants in the groups is limited, which leaves enough time for individual support. The therapists also feel noticeably comfortable here and respond to the respective needs of the patients with a lot of commitment and without hectic, which means that one does not feel part of a normal clinical routine.
Towards the end of the three-month semi-inpatient stay, a concept for further outpatient care was worked out, which enabled me to make a smooth transition back to normal life.
Personally, I have benefited a lot from my time at the Pacelliallee day clinic and now I look forward to the solutions and the wonderful experiences to come again with optimism.

Das angenehme Ambiente in einer tollen Villa mit guter Verpflegung hat eine wichtige Rolle im Heilungsprozess gespielt, ebenso wie die herzliche Aufnahme durch die anderen Patienten:innen.
Unter der Leitung von Frau Heimpel und Herrn Prof. Godemann steht ein vielseitiges Angebot aus Einzel -und Gruppentherapie, Kunst -und Musiktherapie, Theatertherapie und Sport zur Verfügung. Die Teilnehmerzahl in den Gruppen ist begrenzt, wodurch genug Zeit für eine individuelle Betreuung bleibt. Auch die Therapeuten:innen fühlen sich hier merklich wohl und gehen mit viel Engagement und ohne Hektik auf die jeweiligen Bedürfnisse der Patienten:innen ein, wodurch man sich nicht als Teil einer üblichen Klinikroutine vorkommt.
Gegen Ende des dreimonatigen teilstationären Aufenthaltes wurde gemeinsam ein Konzept für eine ambulante Weiterbetreuung erarbeitet, was mir einen fließenden Übergang zurück in das normale Leben ermöglicht hat.
Persönlich habe ich sehr von der Zeit in der Tagesklinik Pacelliallee profitiert und sehe jetzt wieder optimistisch den Lösungen und kommenden schönen Erlebnissen entgegen.

Ich habe die Pacelliallee für meinen Mann angerufen, da ich einer Ihrer Therapeuten auf Doctolib gesehen hatte und ich wollte fragen ob sie Englisch spricht, daraufhin wurde mir gesagt, dass sie keine Termine hat obwohl es auf Doctolib angezeigt wird, aber jemand anderes hat nen Termin. Kurz vor dem Termin werde ich angerufen und er wird abgesagt aber die Rezeption weiss hier auch nicht warum ich diesen Termin wollte. Der anderen Person musste ich erklären das ich nen anderen Termin brauche. Dann werde ich an einen anderen Therapeuten weitergegeben der dann auch kein Englisch mehr spricht und musste diesen Termin absagen und dann werde ich heute nochmal angerufen und ich wurde gefragt wo ich denn sei, da der Termin nicht abgesagt wurde.

Also ehrlich, was machen diese Leute in der Rezeption!!! In so einer schwierigen Zeit für mich und meine Familie waren diese Probleme ehrlich nicht zu gebrauchen, danke für nichts!!!!!!!!!

Es war für mich keine leichte Entscheidung mich in einer Klinik behandeln zu lassen. Ich dachte es wäre mein absoluter Tiefpunkt. Aber das war es ganz im Gegenteil! Ich habe in dieser Zeit so viel über mich und meine Krankheit gelernt und vor allem auch verstanden.
Es hat mich in meinem Leben sehr viel weiter gebracht und ich habe so viel Freiheit und Freude zurückgewinnen können. Ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen! Es ist ein Ort an dem man alles ausprobieren kann, an dem es okay ist man selbst zu sein und an dem man auch üben kann mit seiner Krankheit umzugehen. Das Team ist sehr nett und es wird auf die Wünsche des Einzelnen eingegangen. Die Therapeuten sind kompetent und passen die Therapie an die Wünsche der Patienten an ( es gab einige Patienten die ihren Hund täglich mitgebracht haben ).
Es ist möglich Expositionen außerhalb der Klinik durchzuführen.

Ich habe sofort einen Termin bekommen. Schon beim ersten Kontakt fühlte ich mich verstanden. Nach der Aufnahme war es eine wunderbare sehr individuelle Betreuung durch die gesamte Pacelli-Familie. Nicht nur das die Bezugstherapeuten sich miteinander abstimmen, sondern ich fühlte mich die ganzen 13 Wochen einbezogen und verstanden. Die Gruppentherapien und Angebote sind umfassend und inspirierend. Alles zusammen hat mir sehr geholfen den Weg in Richtung neues Lebensgefühl anzutreten und nach der Klinikzeit mit weiterer ambulanter Betreuung weiterzugehen.
