Great selection of menswear, good value for money! Service is usually very good, Saturdays get super busy so book an appointment in advance to avoid disappointment. Thank you Seda for the speedy support on my suit despite the Saturday hustle!

The trousers are good , however, if you make an appointment here, the time that u wait is much more longer than the time u really discuss with the staff, they ask you to make an appointment, but within the appointment they still serving a lotssss of other clients at the same time, so u wait and wait and wait, and then, what’s the point of making an appointment here ? I will say the customer experience was not good at all.

Very bad customer service!

As a customer willing to pay maybe half of the salary of one of those sales agents I think the treatment should be different nobody was smiling very machine like process with no empathy towards the customers!

(for all businesses out there you always forget that the CUSTOMER IS KING if you are not willing to recognise this then you don't need to be in sales, or if you are unhappy with your job change job maybe working with customers isn't for you!).

After you have been sold a thing - the staff becomes rude and completely ignores you. It took about an hour to pick up the hemmed item. After the 3-rd request, they did a favor and angrily took out the package of the storage room. An appeal to customer support did not give any results - of course, no one from the local German management bothered to answer the question of what I deserved such a rude attitude (more likely, because of my nationality). Which, however, is logical - what kind of leadership, such staff. If you want to buy a new suit, it's better to wait until your next trip to Netherlands or any other country where Suitsupply is available.
PS. I’m expecting this review will receive the same answer as any other negative review here: “this is exceptional case which will never happen again in our store”.

Definitely gonna spend my money somewhere else!!!
This place comes highly recommended by many friends and additionally all the positive comments are giving you high hopes.
I was kept waiting in an empty store with 4-5 employees for more than 10 minutes I wasn’t allowed to go further in to take a look around never experienced anything like it to be honest but I waited of course.
But then a second costumer comes in and is instantly approached and told to wait as well, but at least he was approached.
So I decided to leave.
I’m on the curbeside already and then she came running after me to ask if she can help? I had to leave to be able to look around in an empty store?

You should work on your people skills and your welcoming concept!

The fabric they show in the store is nothing what you can order custom made. There is no sample fabric in the store. The staff is completely useless - they can tell you what suit you gonna get. The suits are made in China so they can not tell you whether it’s gonna come on time. The guy says they can not take the measurements for online order. What are there they for? Complete waste of time.

I'm a longtime customer of Suitsupply but the Berlin Branche has some serious operations and staff issues. The welcoming member who checks you in was very aggressive and impolite and once I've checked my suite, the assigned rep told me I have 5 minutes to decide if I take it because "they need the changing rooms back". Apologies but how am I to check a full suit and shirt, decide if I want customisations in 5 minutes? I'd rather go back to Hamburg or Amsterdam branch but this was a joke...
