Great experience. Came here with a down jacket that needed minor repairs (small hole and a seam that had come apart). Staff was super friendly, they did the repairs very professionally and on the spot, at no cost. I was out in less than 10 minutes. Definitely makes me appreciate that I bought a Patagonia product. Thanks!

Lots of selection for all kinds of weather and activities, from casual street clothes to hiking and other sports. Bought a fleece, hat and bag here, and visited again the week after. I found the two men behind the counter to be extremely friendly and respectful. Good service!

Love this brand and their products but the staff at this store suck. They display an arrogance and lack of desire to help that is rude and off putting. One nice staff member with the rest acting like they hanging out at the beach bar. Prefer to buy patagonia online as the products are cheaper and my day doesn't need someone acting like they are doing me a favour when selling me their product.

I liked this store a lot. It’s a bit crowded on Saturdays but it is a cosy place where you can take your time to find and try the pieces you like.

I had an amazing experience at the mitte store. there was one employee working today called sebastian and he helped me find the jacket I needed in the right size and gave me tips on long term care. everyone else treated very well :)

Beautiful store in Mitte. Very well decorated and merched. Great expression of a great brand. Glad to have them in Berlin. Very helpful staff and great community events and speakers. Worth a visit even just to look, example of retail done right. They will even repair damaged clothes, great company and products.
