A very nice and welcoming place. I was so happy staying for 6 months. The team is friendly especially Lisa and Esther. There are many lakes around the area which makes it more suitable for run, walk or even take your computer and study there. I had the Studio in building 13, nice view and more privacy

If it's possible to reverse the time and live in Studentendorf again, I would have done that. Unfortunately, who comes to live in Studentendorf have to leave one day, to go forward in their life and I have to also do that. It's a perfect place for students to stay whether you are from public uni or private. There is a gym which is free for the students who live there. There is a study room, washing area and a club also. Aldi, Edeka and an Ärztezentrum is just outside the Studentendorf. Everyone in Studentendorf is so nice and helpful. The Hausmeister and the Rental office people are so nice and friendly. Although everyone is super nice but my favorite is LAURA from office and MIKHAIL from Hausmeister team.
There is a lake nearby also, so you can go there and spend some good time. I have seen some reviews in which people are complaining about cleaning of some houses but trust me it's not the fault of Studentendorf but ultimately the students who doesn't clean on their turn. Studentendorf always tries their best in every aspect to solve any problems as far as they can. 2 years have been past and I still can't forget my memories there. In the end I would only like to say I love my Studentendorf. Leaving behind some pictures so that reader of this review can get some idea about my love towards Studentendorf.

Not easily accessible to anything - must take a bus to get absolutely anywhere, so good luck getting anywhere after midnight when it stops running. No living room, no sense of community, and my heating unit hasn't worked the whole time. It is in the most random place. Would never live here again - unless the location means nothing to you, don't come here.

Buildings of very poor quality: dirty and ugly. The walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbors clearly... horrible. Very far from city, very bad public connection, but at least it's cheap. So if that's your main concern you can stay.

I had a very nice experience in the Studentendorf Schlachtensee. I got scared initially because the reviews on Google are not particularly good, but I don't think they are realistic.

Anyway, I suppose the quality of your experience depends a lot on how good the communication with your flatmates is. Fortunately I was sharing the place with very nice people and we eventually became close friends.

The Rental Office Team has been very kind and understanding. Our Hausmama in Haus 27, Ly, was always caring, supportive and communicative.

I had a great time during my stay here. I had a single-room apartment, which was very comfortable to stay in, and the staff in the rental office were always friendly and helpful.

One the one hand they hired security to keep the noise down of the students living here, but on the other hand the house 14 (the club) is pumping the bass through the night. If you're living in house 26 or 27 say goodbye to sleep on weekends. Complaints are basically ignored.
