I’m a student studying in berlin from India. I came in emergency to with 40 degree fever and i had pyogenic tonsillitis. They told me to wait took my covid test and blood pressure. The the doctor came saw my throat and say it’s not a big deal just normal tonsils. “He gave me the medicine for normal tonsils not for the pyogenic tonsillitis. I came home i still couldn’t sleep all night again i had 40 fever. Which is okay. Next morning was also the same. Then I consulted with some doctor in India , they told me get admitted in the hospital for at least for 3..4 days because my throat is getting worse. To be noted- I cannot eat anything or swallow. I went back to hospital again and and this nurse came , i told her i was here yesterday night in emergency. She told me to take my mask off and said “ WHY ARE YOU HERE AGAIN” . I told I cannot eat and sleep it’s getting more worse. Then she said “ CAN’T YOU LIVE WITHOUT FOOD FOR 2 DAYS”. And told me to seat in a corner. There was no one in the end.I waited for 1 hour , my fever was 39.
I called her again and told her I’m feeling worse. can i have my papers back. Without saying anything she gave back my papers and left.
“I PAY HEALTH INSURANCE NOT TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS AND WITH HALF TREATMENT “
She was a racist.

(Translated by Google) My girlfriend was in the hospital for the heart surgery for the second time. Both times everyone was super nice, the process worked perfectly. You are scared but the staff makes it go away very quickly. If I should have something again, I would always let Professor Dr.med.Heinz Theres and his colleagues treat me. Thank you very much for that.

(Translated by Google) Medically at the highest level with a great human component
Unfortunately, I had to face the fact that my carotid artery was affected by a stenosis. A competent explanation of possible alternatives and surgical options by Prof. Weigand took away my uncertainty and fears of such an operation. I got answers to all my questions and always had the feeling that I was being taken seriously as a patient and as a partner. The statements were precise and always understandable.
The operation went as planned and the care afterwards by the nurses and doctors in the intensive care unit and on ward 2 was always friendly, even if support was needed several times in a short space of time. This was not necessarily to be expected given the workload that is now a reality. Always a nice word, no rush, usually a smile and you always had the feeling of being welcome.
I can only be grateful to all employees for their commitment and ask them to continue to maintain this level. Thanks again

Nochmals Danke

(Translated by Google) So I have to say, I understand that as a doctor you want to take a short break BUT when you tell the patients it's packed and there are a lot of old people with heart attacks there, then you don't actually just put yourself out there in a larger group and smokes and chats around in a relaxed manner. I live over 200km away and had to wait 3 hours to leave with no result. The doctor didn't manage to look over my EKG. It would have been a matter of 2 minutes, thanks for that! My blood was taken from me for free because after 3 hours the tubes were still lying around. The nice nurse called the doctor before I left to find out if he wanted to take a quick look at it, I have no idea what the good guy said. However, he did not come. When I saw him chatting in a group of colleagues when he went out, I thought my part. The star is for the VERY VERY nice nurses. You feel taken seriously and you are very well taken care of. Too bad the doctors don't care like the nurses.
