Where to start? I was supposed to undergo surgery with another doctor there who was quite weird and had a cold. When I asked if he was ok - he was like „super fine“ but then called in sick. So that is the reason I deduct one star - as I came from abroad to have this done and I would have expected the doctor to be mature enough to anticipate that he is unable to operate. Anyway - it was also luck as Dr. med.
Levon Khachaturyan took over and I must say a he and his team did a good job. He took the time to meet me before the surgery, explained everything and squeezed me into his busy schedule. Overall - most of the staff is quite professional u0026 friendly (reception, Covid test station, station) - you always have one or the other encounter where you are left wondering if they really should do the job they are in. At the station - every single nurse was great - they even motivated me to get up an walk. One thing that could have been a little better is the “privacy” part. I know it’s a hospital - but I had a single room - and most of the time people just walked in. I think it could be better if privacy was respected a little more. Other than that - I was happy with the service during the procedure. Post procedure - was also okay, not quite how I would have done it - I think there are less painful ways to remove the stitches.

The Klinik is really good, but I would like to point out how amazing all the staff is. Nurses are incredibly caring, professional and kind. I had a surgery with my Doctor that I have been going to for years, so I felt very comfortable with him. I was impressed by the people in the Klinik starting from reception to every employee really. Thanks a lot!

I felt very well looked after from the first appointment until I was discharged. Every staff member I met was very friendly and Dr Schönleber especially was professional, kind and made me feel at ease. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the food quite nice. I am happy I chose this hospital and would recommend it to anyone.

Yesterday I had a surgery and still I'm in the hospital. It is really an awesome experience. Professional team, polite nurses and wonderful Dr Levon khachaturyan. From yesterday I could walk. The foods also are good. The hospital is so clean and nurses tried to speak English when realised my Deutsch is not so good. Just Dr tends to speak German.All in all, I am happy to choice this hospital

This Clinic is of very high quality and standards, from the services, the furniture of the rooms and even the food served.
The surgery went very well, the nurses are really kind, attentive and sympathetic (a big pro given the Berlin standards), they never make you feel unheard or out of place and are always there to help you, check in with you and smile at you.
Doctor Schönleber was great, he made me feel at ease and in safe hands from day 1. I would only recommend this place.

I want to thank Dr. Tchartchian and his team (including super nice anaesthetist) for taking care of me so well during the surgery. Also, I want to thank the (male) nurse for his empathy and checking on me all night. Considering that nobody likes to undergo surgeries, my whole experiance at MIC was great. Thank you!!!
