Pretty cool, modern bowling place in the heart of Berlin. Reservation via email went smooth, ordering drinks + snacks is all via a touch screen at the table next to your lane, snack portions are pretty large. Atmosphere is great, not too loud music, great place for an evening out. Maybe the only downside is the location: the place is located on the 3rd floor of a huge shopping mall and it's fairly difficult to figure out how to get there.

I can only agree with the previous speakers!!! Such an unprofessional service! The peak of German unfriendliness! Ms. L. from the front desk an impertinence! We were 15 min. late - but since they asked for our phone number the day before during we have made the reservation, we assumed someone would call us before simply canceling our reservation…. Furthermore, the lady claimed - she had called and maybe we have just mentioned the wrong number… when I’ve tried to tell her that the person on the phone said - they already have our number already on the display and no need to repeat….

After she just sat in her chair and tried to laugh at us in a totally arrogant way and told us in an unacceptable way that she gave away our slot, I demanded a manager. Added to this incredible situation was a 'lady' named C.S. - who posed as a manager. Unfortunately without manners, without manager qualities and without the slightest thought of service in mind. All she cared about was to insist firmly - they would have called and we would be lying. I will never ever go back - although we've been there a number of times before whenever we had the chance during our Berlin visits…... after pride comes the fall!! Perhaps the real manager or owner is interested in how employees treat their customers! Good luck by finding new staff who doesn’t want only get paid without identifying themselves with the company and the image.

Super big and nice bowling right in the center of Berlin! Price is great for sharing a lane, ordering drinks and snacks is super simple as well as starting the game

I’m from Canada ???????? This is one of the best Bowling ???? Alleys I have ever been to in Berlin! Also they have outstanding lounges, dance floor, smoking room and a bar! Food was fantastic! I love the service and quality this place has.

We don’t have this type Classy bowling alleys in Canada ... WE WISH!! If I go back to Berlin I will definitely visit this gorgeous Bowling Alley again!

Amazing place for bowling.... Love the games that start after 8 pm.

* Booking this place over the phone might be a challenge at times.

The place is really great. The lanes and deco are new. I rate 4 instead of 5 is just because the Auskunft is not so nice. Other then that, quite perfect. I would like to recommend this place.

I have been hier today. I liked the place it's quite nice with very good lighting. Inside Alexa in the heart of Berlin. The price is very convenient, we paid 20€ per lane per hour for six persons.
