Nice little restaurant in the hotel with a great section of outdoor seating. Staff are super friendly and accommodating and I really enjoyed the couple times I’ve eaten here this week.

The food was great had both the steak and the grilled salmon both cooked to perfection and super tasty. My wife also ordered the pizza which is freshly cooked in an open stone oven right in front of you which is a nice experience watching your food getting cooked.

We had a salad each. No starch and very skimpy on ingredients so hardly a meal. Salmon slightly over-cooked, falafels not great, beef appeared refrigerated. So we were not impressed but not entirely disappointed either as flavours were good and greens fresh. Just hungry after eating. Super-friendly service.

Calling this place a restaurant seems overly generous. The only positive things I can say is that service was somewhat attentive and the location is good. Their hours are bizarre and their menu is SUPER limited. They have like 5 things on the menu and two are burger and currywurst. Basically, an expensive place to get a drink and a tiny portion of food.

Stopped for lunch. Took ages before server came over and took my order. Thai beef salad very tasty made with fresh ingredients but not that filling. Cost €12.90 and 0.5 l beer €5.70

We visited Heat restaurant with the anticipation of having a nice meal in a nice restaurant on our last night in Berlin. We were extremely disappointed with the service and the food, the restaurant was not busy but we still had to wait approx 15 minutes for a glass of wine. When the food arrived it was lukewarm as it had been sitting on the pass for a few minutes. I ordered the burger, it was tasteless and looked like plastic. It was also covered in burger sauce which had soaked through to the bun and I was unable to pick it up, I could not eat much of my food. I explained to the waitress about the burger and she called the manager. The manager asked if I would like anything else from the menu, by this time my husband had also finished eating! We were offered a complimentary dessert or coffee which we declined. We only wanted to leave the restaurant at this stage. However we were horrified we were still charged for the burger!!! We paid and left the restaurant. Both the service and the food need to be greatly improved.

For obviously being a bit of a “tourist trap” restaurant right on the main drag, the food could not have been better. Having a view of the river was the cherry on top! It was a tad expensive, but it was so delicious that it more than made up for it. There was a lot of variety on the menu, so it’s sure to please every member of your party.

Stopped on their terrace to get away from the heat.....don't expect any puns, you're not getting any. The waiters were friendly and spoke English. The beers and cofees were good and refreshed us enough to continue our journey through Berlin.
