Waste of time and money. 2.5h cruise, out of which you see the actual landmarks for some 30 minutes, and the rest are some apartment buildings, parks, and... a scrapyard.
Audio guide costs extra 2EUR but it's completely useless because it gives you only a digested version of already short description in German. And you can't hear it that well anyway.
The worst thing is that you can't just get up and leave, and you have to stand the whole trip until the boat gets to its destination. Save your money, have a walk around the city center, and treat yourself to some nice food instead.

Arrived at boat departure 30 seconds late. Apologised but not allowed to embark. Company completely unsympathetic to circumstances of cycle in 35 deg heat and fire truck delays etc. understand the need to be punctual but employee and customer services very unpleasant to deal with. Spoilt an otherwise fab time in Berlin!!

Great salads and sandwiches and they also have Gluten Free brownies! Staff are helpful too. Highly recommend!

2.5 hour tour along the River Spree u0026 canals.Absolutely fabulous,beautiful sites,great audio u0026 good food served as well????????????

I am a turist, and I must publically state the attention on the ground here at Friederich bridge station is extremely bad to turist.

They treated me like if I were an animal.
