City cruise experience was really good. It was for 1 hr for 17 euro where they also told about the significance of places. You can enjoy the ride on a bright sunny day.

Relaxing, interesting tour of the most central tourist attractions in Berlin. Serves drinks and food. I absolutely loved seeing the city from the river.

Worst service.
Asked for ENGLISH audio guide, they handed over the module and said that it has english. But no english audio guide was found. Do not pay to this service if you want english guide. Waste of money. No meaning in going on a boat tour if there is no guide available in your language.

Boat was nice, but would have been better with further description from staff. Not an essential activity for Berlin, could have done something else instead.

Staff weren't very friendly. I think we wished we did something else as the tour weren't great, it was okay.
