Really happy about this appartment, minus some little issues:
- okay, the bathroom isn't really all that big, but the shower worked nicely and everything you need is there.
- the shades in the bedroom aren't that great - not so much a problem for me but our little girl could't get too sleep since it was still too bright (with even two sorts of shades)

besides that, nothing but good about the Stadtraum-Berlin appartments.
Perfect location in Prenzlauerberg. U+S closeby.. shops.. restaurants.. all in the near vicinity of the appartment.

Great location. The apartment however is in serious need of renovation. The floor is coming up, windows and bath are broken and cleaning was not done very well. Certainly not something to expect for this amount of money.

Also erst einmal vielen lieben Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und dieses absolut schmucke Altbau Appartement. Klar vermisst man ein Backofen, aber wer so ist wie ich geht auch Mal vor die Tür und besorgt sich was Bürgerliches auf der Straße. Leute das ist Berlin, deshalb keinen Stern Abzug. Der Service einer Waschmaschine ist, wenn man länger bleibt sehr wertvoll. Alle nötigen Supermärkte sind in der Umgebung, die Menschen sehr freundlich und dieses bequeme Bett. Ich habe geschlafen wie auf Wolken. 5 Sterne weil ich diesen Charme und Charakter eines Altbaus liebe mit einer rustikalen Wand und dem schönen Flair. Außerdem man kann es verdunkeln dass Zimmer und ich finde es supiiiiiii. Danke Roman und meiner guten Freundin. Ich komme gerne wieder und ich empfehle euch weiter.

Wir waren Januar 2019 in dem Appartement 'Dean'. Bei unserer Ankunft wären wir am liebsten sofort umgekehrt. Leider waren Messen und wir hatten Termine, also keine Zeit mehr, eine neue Wohnung zu suchen.
Es roch im Bad furchtbar; die Wohnung war richtig schmutzig und abgerockt; in der Küche gab es kein Licht; Wohnzimmerlampe aus Papier zerrissen; die Möbel defekt; alles sah nach Sperrmüll aus und war in einem wirklich desolatem Zustand und von den Tapeten will ich gar nicht erst schreiben...
Nachdem ich mich beim Vermieter beschwert hatte, gab er einen Rabatt von 60.-, mit der Bitte, keine schlechte Bewertung zu schreiben.
Mache ich aber doch, denn solche Anbieter braucht niemand. Fotos stehen zur Verfügung.
