I dealt with Nancy a manager. Initially she was quite helpful . She booked me a airline ticket to Germany and the to Ukraine. But when I tried to change the ticket on the last few days before my departure She only worked four days that week. So I wasn't able to change flight and wound up just going home as scheduled.

Hi,

I booked a flight with STA from Hamburg to San Francisco in 2014. It was supposed to be a flexible ticket which stated that I could rebook the date in case something happens. Well, my visa process took longer and I wanted to change my flight accordingly. The customer service booked some flight and needed my confirmation per e-mail which I did not look up. I did not receive a call. The ticket wasn't rebooked to a week ahead. It wasn't refunded.

I charge interest of 11% p.a. on a 800€ waste.

When WOW Airlines ceased operations, we were stranded in Berlin. We found STA Travel near the UBahn and went there as soon as we could. Marlene greeted us and spoke good English. She checked many options and helped us get a flight home for a good price. Thank you so much!

What a great service!! Best experience I could had out of a month trip!! Lucky to enjoy the hot spots and with the perfect timming to be part in the local celebrations!!

My trip had it all !! Beautiful places, adventures, local culture...

And I actually saved money with the hikking trip I booked in advance!!
