Lovely authentic Germany restaurant in a beautiful setting. The food was hearty and delicious, very quick service and tasted fresh. Our waiter was incredible, very attentive and accommodating. Lively atmosphere when we were there with most tables full. Would recommend for a good hearty German meal.

Nice German restaurant just below the friedrichst. train station. Service was prompt, food tasted fresh u0026 homely. The price is very reasonable too!

The food was good and they had very less vegetarian menu. However the steaks, beers were really good. Their service was really good. The restaurant was quite filled and they did have garden seating. The ambiance was good. It's good for a official party. As we could see couple of groups enjoying their food and drink. They did have soup and desserts. Then the most common berlin sparkling water.

I went there with my boyfriend nearly at closing time. I asked the waiter nicely if we can sit outside to have a drink and he nodded "yes". (I assume he was exhausted from work at that point as it was Saturday night) he brought us the drinks and he was friendly. I wish the costumers that they sited right after us they where a bit more friendly to the waiter. They demanded really rude to be served. The waiter told them that he already called the last round but the costumers didn't take it. He brought them the drinks and he told them really calm that there's no need for them to raise their voices to him and that he would appreciate it if they could talk to him with a normal tone. They where still rude. I was trying to keep my calm but those 2 costumers upset me! I know that some people have their day off on a weekend and they want to grab a drink. But it's a restaurant and not bar. Don't forget there are people that have to work on the weekends! He was so tired and exhausted and he was still so friendly to us. I don't know the waiter's name but he had black hair, slightly bald, thin and dark skin. And he was one of the most friendly waiters that I found in Berlin. If I ever revisit this restaurant this waiter will be the reason.

A great mid-price restaurant in the arches underneath Friedrichstrasse Station. Service is quick and efficient and there is a good buzz even in the spacious dining area. The food is good and includes "traditional favourites". You often find staff from nearby hotels there, that's a good sign.

Delicious! We had two meals here and both times they were so good! It was the best German restaurant we went to :) :) such beautiful 1920s decor as well! Highly recommended. We particularly loved the currywurst and schnitzel ????

The staff is friendly but they make a little pressure on us... You hear the train all the time and there's no music on the background to make a better environment. The thing I didn't like at all was when the waiter brought the water jug with his finger inside of it... On the other hand, the food was good and the prices are also the medium usual.
