I totally recommend this store with all my heart. Very nice service on site and a professional approach even to the youngest customers:) There are also no problems with online shopping, everything works smoothly and the shipment is carried out very efficiently and quickly. The toys are of great quality, for my daughter this is the best store in the area. 10/10????????????????

Decent selection but the elevator is broken?! The baby stuff is upstairs, how am I suppose to get up there with my baby and stroller ?! Magic?!

I wanted to go shopping here today for my brother's birthday fit. But since the staff is disrespectful according to many comments, I will go elsewhere.

I was not being able to explain well in German what I was trying to say and politely asked the lady if she spoke English. She told me that she is in Germany and, therefore, she speaks German. I find such behavior extremely disrespectful, especially in an international city as Berlin. This happened on Dec 27 around 17:30.
