Service was ok. Nicely decorated but made the mistake of sitting in a high booth. Really not comfortable. Bacon cheese burger was ok. Cheese was really nice flavor but the bacon seemed to hardly exist and tomato was so thin it really wasn’t needed. Also, choosing whether I wanted a half pound or full pound of fries is a weird option.

I’m changing my review from 5 stars to 1!
We used to enjoy this place a lot, the kids love the burgers here but something was changed in this restaurant, the service is simply horrible.
The waiter brought half order and not drinks arrived.
The problem we kept trying to ask about this and the waiter was too busy to look at our direction and the other waiter didn’t help as the one in charge of our table should help!!!
When finally the original waiter came to our table (literally took her over 20 minutes) we were done and she was almost aggressive in her attitude!
Even the sauce arrived so late as we were done eating.
It’s pity as we are not returning to this branch…
Hopefully the Friedrichstraße branch still cool…

Very nice location and indeed good quality of burgers but extremely expensive (47 euros for two beers 0.5 plus two hamburgers without any fish n chips or side wishes )

Nice location, pretty design, very tasty food, acceptable prices (a little too expensive for my liking) but a rather unfriendly service. If Google allowed it, I would be more precise with my rating and go down to 3,8 or so. Overall it was still a good experience.

I think its overpriced. I have not received a 12.90 Burger . Salad and cola - 6.90.

Once a good restaurant, always been kinda expensive but this chain has gone downhill. Even compared to the past, prices have become astronomical and in exchange everthing else has become worse. Burgers are dry, service is inadequate and the experience in general is just bad. At this point it's just REALLY expensive McDonalds. Sad story

After 1 hour we still didn't get the burger we ordered. I was there hungry with my two daughters. The waiting time is extremely long for a burger. Never been in that situation before.
