Schön, das es eine Nahversorgung für die zahlreichen Anwohner gibt, das Gelände selbst ist aber inzwischen völlig aus der Zeit gefallen.... Zum "Nicht wohlfühlen" sorgen dunkle Gänge, kaum vorhandenes "Grün", auch teilweise Leerstand und das Ganze in einer Art Innenhof mit Aussicht auf ein Wohnhaus, also wenig Lichteinfall.
Wenigstens ist die Verkehrsanbindung per ÖPNV gut ( Bus ), sogar kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden.
