The guy there was arrogant and not helpful. I rented a van to do my moving and I did the reservation online. There was a mistake in the system so he told me I had to pay two additional fees in order to get the car. I asked how I could make the reservation with the total price that was shown to me when it's by their policy actually not possible. His answer was: "Well our system is not smart enough". Well that's not my problem. I asked who I could talk to because of the higher price and he said literally that the manager would not talk to me because of 12€. Btw 12€ was only one of the two extra fees that I had to pay but he just seemed to enjoy to give this arrogant answer. Either way money is money and trying to trick someone is trying to trick someone... Instead he gave me a hotline that I should call and that you have to pay as I found out later. It was very unpleasant and in the end, the van was extremely dirty, the whole floor was wet and there were trash and broken glass. I would recommend to just get europcar, maybe pay a little bit more but therefore have no problems and no hidden fees.
