biggest scam ever. Also worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Got charged 3 times payment for just one car. Even after contacting the manager, the hotline and the woman at the counter. Nobody was able to help. Even after 3 days still no payment back. Never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever again.

Sixt @ Zoo Station Berlin Missing??
Never again and never we had such experience trying to return a car. We picked up our car 8 days ago from another city and wanted to return it to this Sixt outlet right opposite our hotel. Never that we realise that after 45minutes of frantic search left-right-up-down in the train station, the elusive outlet cannot be found at all.
None of the pictures shown here in this Google page is still relevant, when checked with the DB travel desk at the station, we were shooed away as they couldn’t answer anything non-train travel related. This is contrary from what that has been updated on the Sixt website that the keys are to be returned at the DB travel desk.
Eventually we decided to check in our hotel first and our porter kindly directed us to the next nearest Sixt at Europa Center 500m away. No further questions asked by the staff at that location when we handed over the car. Makes us wonder if this is not an uncommon occurrence.

Save some effort and stress by NOT choosing to deal with this Sixt location, would also suggest that up to date and clear instructions/directions can be shared on the Sixt website.
