I like to eat there,, Home style Chicken burger is my favourite ,, The service is so rapid,, i can choose everything on the screen. One star is missed to be always better and better i would like to see more options of Beef burger from Mac. And to see more bigger Burgers too.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, I’ve even complained twice to McDonald’s HQ about them. They never get your order right and do some of the stupidest things I’ve ever seen.

The latest mistake, they put the wrong bun on the bottom of my Big Mac…

Very spacious and clean. And also very centrally located. If you’re looking for a place to rest and have a quick snack after a long day of shopping. This place would be a nice option.

This franchise of mc Donald's is located at the S Bahn complex of Zoologischer Garten. There are entrances from both inside and outside the complex. The restaurant is open right through day and night making it one of the food options that are available 24x7. You get breakfast options like MC muffins, regular items like burgers, nuggets, hot and cold beverages etc. There are self ordering machines and also manual ordering services serviced by staff. You could either pick up orders or have them delivered at your table. You could also get take aways. There are various seating options available both inside and outside on the terrace. The seats are comfortable. You also have some tables with digital image imposed games, tablets for entertainment. There is also a MC cafe in the premises. The store has washrooms for customers. On the whole the service is quick and efficient.

Cashier's are great and will happily speak to you in your native tongue. Seriously busy place, being in the centre of a bus/train station and you have to pay 50 cents to be able to use the bathrooms... in a restaurant. The white hot chocolate is perfect though.

This is one of the best McDos I have visited in Europe. It's has a lot of spaces and connected to the train station right next to the park and Zoo. It's new with modern design. Self ordering kiosks are everywhere. We haven't waited in the question at all. Used the self ordering kiosks, and choose to have table service, paid by credit card and chose a table and waited for our order. It came very quickly. It's got small play corners for kids, high chairs with iPads or games, seating area in a nice terrace, a big McCafe. I loved the place! The only thing that felt weird was paying 50 cents to the toilet lady to access the toilets. I have never seen this before but probably because they are in the train station so to avoid turning into a public toilet. Toilets were super clean.

Consumer here but still wouldn’t allow you to use the toilet because you didn’t “keep the receipt at hand”. No coin, no toilet. Germany’s ubiquitous toilet fee is the single most annoying fee ever.
