Went there for a fast bite and we’re not disappointed. Burger is good and tasty, nothing fancy but for the price definitely worth to try it.
The fries are way better than at some other well known fast food places.
Seems that even locals eat here so definitely not a tourist trap.

The burgers are tasty and professional. Good food for such a large chain, nothing amazing. At this branch the wait times may be longer than average. About ten or so minutes wait for a burger. Very busy location. There are nicer parts of Berlin.

We really enjoyed this burger place. They seem to have them all over Berlin and we went to the one close to the zoo. The burgers tasted very fresh and homemade. It is a nice place to grab a quick bite but definitely higher quality step from McDonald’s.

(Bürgermeister classic)
Freshly pressed patty (not preformed), crispy beef exterior and very juicy, perfect amount of cheese, enough onions to feel the asid kick, burger value to money is 10/10, ordered the cheese fries. Not a big fan and the cheese wasn't flavourful

Ordering is simple, it's priced very well and the food is tasty AF.
Due to my scheduling I ate here 3 times in 24 hours. Thankfully for the rest of my week I didn't, but it was just so good and simple... And open at convenient hours.

Overcooked meat and they say the order is ready before it is. Not very clean. The buns are good though.

Very delicious burgers (chilli cheese burger). But it takes a very long time to get served. If you go here expecting fast food then you'll be disappointed. It's not fast, but tastes delicious. You can pay with credit card which is great. The location outside of the shop is hectic and chaotic, not to say anything worse.
