Not a bad hotel, however interior of the rooms is bit worn out and there's no air conditioning in the rooms. I was fine but if it would have been summer and 30+ C out there.. would have been definitely an issue. Pillows were bit flat but it's pretty common for the hotels I suppose. From the positive side all the reception and cleaning staff were most polite and helpful during my 5 day stay I had not a single bad encounter with anyone (seen different opinions so just writing it down). Rooms were clean. Hotel itself was very quiet. Train station is very close - around 300 meters. Room was more spacious than I expected, coffee machine in my room was a positive suprise as well.

Good location as it's a short walk from Kreuzberg, Karl Marx Allee and, obviously, the station. The rooms are clean and spacious with excellent shower and bathroom as well as as a comfortable bed.
Mini-bar, but no coffee making facilities. The hotel bar is nice and welcoming and not expensive.
I found that it was a good base for exploring the city. There are bars and takeaways nearby, too.
Staff were very helpful. I'd stay here again and it is suitable for business and pleasure trips.

Hotel was very clean and the staff were lovely. The hotel room was very big and I really liked it. Strangely the shower was directly next to the bed so if you are visiting with someone else in the room that isn't close to you then it'll be quite awkward if you decided to have a shower then.

There was also a fridge with some beverages as well as some food I looked around for any payments but I couldn't see any and helped my self to drinks. It was only when I noticed a very small label hidden away on top of the fridge did I notice the extortionate prices that I ended up paying.

Very nice hotel, nice staff. You can leave your bag at reception if the room is not ready and you arrived far in advance.
Interesting shower in the middle of the room, nice if you are by yourself but not if you share the room with someone else other than your partner.

Nice, comfortable room. Problems with the elevator during our stay but wasnt too inconvenient for us. 4-5 min walk to the train station. Staff were friendly. However, an expensive earring went missing I assume it was knocked off of the nightstand by cleaning staff, and I assume vacuumed up? I mentioned to staff and they did not seem to care, I let it go as I knew there was not much anyone could do. Other than that was a great stay.

The room was great, included a kitchen and a huge shower/bathroom. Location is a bit out of the way but has good transport links to airports and city centre. Hotel was very clean and modern. Staff however were not the best, when we first walked in we were ignored for several minutes (I appreciate people are busy, but it's nice to be acknowledged). Staff member looked like he had just woken up, shirt untucked and tie slanted with top button undone. The bar was also shut on the first night before 10pm, which was a bit disappointing, but then open the following evening. Overall it was good value and I would recommend for the cost but the staff member stops me giving 5 stars.

I lost my phone whilst I was in Berlin and staying at this hotel. Without the help of Han, a young lady member of staff I would have been completely stranded. She helped me find my phone (from an Uber cab) she organised its retrieval and handled all the phone calls where the language barrier failed me. I was totally impressed. The hotel itself was really nice. Very clean with a nice bar and restaurant. My room was immaculate, very comfortable and a good size. This is a perfect location for visiting Berlin as there is a main station just a few minutes away. Perfect.
