Just had the surgery and can’t obviously only speak to the pre-operation. From initial contact it’s been a wonderful experience. answering all questions honestly and open about what can happen and what results can look like. surgical day was smooth. took their time making sure i felt ready and comfortable the whole process. professional and considerate. hearing from friends about their experience with other clinics in the US or somewhere— i am so happy and relieved i came to Berlin for this Clinic.

My travel from Africa for an intervention was definitely worth it. Especially as it was so difficult to find a clinic capable of dealing with my kind of kinky hair. Staff was super friendly and I got my money's worth. Will definitely recommend MyHair any day. Top service!

Bei aller Kompetenz der Ärzte - und die ist hier absolut gegeben - gibt es auch immer individuelle Variablen des Patienten was den Erfolg betrifft. Meine erste Haartransplantation (Haarlinie, Geheimratsecken, Augenbrauen) war noch nicht ganz optimal und sie haben das ohne Diskussion mit einem fast ebenso aufwendigen Eingriff korrigiert und dann sogar nochmal perfektioniert. Ein wirklich guter Arzt zeigt sich genau darin, dass er nicht nur das Geld nimmt und Tschüß, sondern solange für einen da ist, bis alle zufrieden sind. Die Betreuung war super, immer erreichbar, sehr offen und ehrlich. Besser geht es kaum. Und ich bin ein wirklich kritischer Patient ;-)

With a bit of a queasy stomach (you don't have appointments and plans like this every day) I'm on time for the consultation.
As soon as I was greeted, the feeling was gone and I was super relieved. My contact person was Hakan Can: friendly, competent, open and knowledgeable. After a good 40 minutes, all my questions were answered, the different methods were explained and the decision was made: I'll have it done here!

The appointment for the procedure was found just as quickly as for the consultation. Already at the end of November I was allowed to make my way to Berlin.
The excellent impression I had during the consultation continued here.
At 11 a.m. my big project started with another briefing and then with the hair removal. My well-being was taken care of at all times, whether it was lunch, something to drink or explanations about the current procedure. I never had a doubt whether it was the right decision or not.
After a good 7 hours it was time, the hair was in its new place and I was pretty exhausted.
Due to the long return journey, a hotel was organized for me in the immediate vicinity where I could relax and look forward to the operation.

It's been 9 months since the surgery and I'm super happy with the result!!
In the time up to now the contact has never broken off. The monthly photos, questions or calls were always answered.

I can therefore only give a clear recommendation!

Super Beratung, nette Menschen und großartiges Ergebnis

Ich hatte schon lange den Gedanken einer Haartransplantation und daher auf der Suche nach einer kompetenten Beratung.
Nach etwas Recherche bin ich dann auf myHair Medical gestoßen welche auch in München Beratungstermine anbieten und schon war für Mitte Oktober ein Termin vereinbart.
Mit etwas flauen Magen (solche Termine und Vorhaben hat man nicht jeden Tag) bin ich dann pünktlich zur Beratung.
Direkt von der Begrüßung an war das Gefühl weg und ich war super erleichtert. Mein Ansprechpartner war Hakan Can: freundlich, kompetent, offen und sachkundig. Nach gut 40 Minuten waren alle meine Fragen beantwortet, die verschiedenen Methoden erklärt und der Entschluss gefasst: hier lasse ich es machen!

Die Terminfindung für den Eingriff war ebenso schnell gefunden wie für die Beratung. Bereits am Ende November durfte ich mich auf den Weg nach Berlin machen.
Der hervorragende Eindruck den ich bei der Beratung erlebt hatte wurde hier fortgesetzt.
Um 11 Uhr startete nun mein großen Vorhaben mit einem erneuten Aufklärungsgespräch und folgend mit der Haarentnahme. Zu jeder Zeit wurde bestens für mein Wohl gesorgt, ob Mittagessen, etwas zu trinken oder Erklärungen über den aktuellen Eingriff. Ich hatte nie einen Zweifel ob es die richtige Entscheidung war oder nicht.
Nach gut 7 Stunden war es dann soweit, die Haare waren an ihrem neuen Ort und ich schon recht geschafft.
Aufgrund der langen Rückreise wurde mir ein Hotel gleich in der Nähe organisiert wo ich mich erholen und über den Eingriff freuen konnte.

Seit dem Eingriff sind nun 9 Monate vergangen und ich bin mit dem Ergebnis Mega zufrieden!!
In der Zeit bis jetzt ist der Kontakt nie abgerissen. Die monatlichen Fotos, Fragen oder auch Anrufe wurden immer beantwortet.

Ich kann daher nur eine klare Empfehlung aussprechen!!
Macht euch einfach einen Termin und lernt das Team kennen.

Nachdem mir die Klinik vor ein paar Jahren noch von einer Behandlung zum damaligen Zeitpunkt abgeraten hatte (was ich ihr nach wie vor sehr hoch anrechne), hatte ich gestern in Berlin meine FUE-Haartransplantation mit 3.200 Grafts im Vorder- und Tonsurbereich.

Die Prozedur dauerte nach einstündiger Anmeldung und Vorbereitung von 9 bis 15 Uhr mit kurzer Mittagspause vor dem Einsetzen der Grafts. Das Team von Haartechniker/innen und Ärztin hat einen unheimlich professionellen und sympathischen Eindruck vermittelt - ich habe mich von Anfang bis Ende wunderbar aufgehoben und wohl gefühlt. Mit dem Ergebnis bin ich - soweit man das jetzt schon beurteilen kann - sehr zufrieden.

Auch im Vorfeld und im Nachgang der Behandlung wird bestmöglich und außerordentlich kurzfristig unterstützt (etwa bei der Hotelsuche oder eventuellen Nachfragen).

Stand heute: absolute Empfehlung!
