This has been a great place for a drink or informal lunch/dinners for years. Good selection of beers and food, moderate prices, nice service and guests.

We were staying in the area locally for several days and ate here for breakfast twice and dinner once. The staff all speak some English or are fluent and are incredibly friendly, smiling politely as I tried to communicate in my very poor German. The food is good if a little strange. The American breakfast has chicken nuggets for example! We had the sweet, American and quick and traditional breakfasts. My favourite was the traditional for sure. Dinner was also very good. Huge portions so you won't go hungry. Overall very good. A big thank you to the staff for being so welcoming and accomodating.
