I rarely write such polarized reviews, but this was a disaster! Ordered classic spaghetti carbonara without cream and we got a bunch of spaghetti swimming in some bouillon tasting water - not a hint of eggs or parmesan. Upon politely bringing this to their attention via phone they got really rude and said that their Italian restaurant serves carbonara with cream and since we wanted a proper carbonara without cream, this is what it is. How can you call yourself an Italian restaurant and not serve a proper carbonara? And how can you call yourself service providers if you don't care about your customers? This place deserves to be closed to make space for people who know what they're doing..

Really rude people with no respect!

We made an order from this restaurant via Lieferando app. Estimated delivery time was saying that it will take around 30 minutes to deliver. We trusted this information and made the order. Then the restaurant said it will take 70 minutes to deliver the order. We were in a hurry and wanted to cancel the order.

So, we called the restaurant and my girlfriend spoke to them since my German is not good enough. The guy in the phone was really rude, he called my girl friend "young lady" and said that we supposed to think twice before ordering and now he cannot cancel the order.

Although they were really rude, we said that they can deliver the food and we will wait. We postponed our plan, waited for the food. It had been 80 minutes and there was no sign from the food. We called them again ask if they will deliver the food, the guy again was extremely rude to my girlfriend and said that they didn't prepare the food after the phone call, and they can start now if we really want, but it will take another 50 minutes. We said no we don't want your food anymore, but he insisted and send the food although we wanted to cancel it.

I would suggest everyone to think twice before visiting this restaurant. They simply don't care about their customer's satisfaction and experience.

Nothing less than Amazing!!
The food, the staff and the service was superb!

We had steaks, pizza, salmon, and lamb. All cooked to perfection.
I warmly recommend the Bistecca al Funghi (steak with mushroomsauce)

I highly recommend this Restaurant.

I am sure to return when visiting Berlin next time.

25 euro for a simple pizza with really bad ingredients, felt sick since yesterday. Don’t trust this place

Iy was my second time but this time with family.Very nice service, the waiter was soo kind towards my kids and handicapped boyfriend..delicious Pizza and my kids loved the pasta.. we will be back again
