No air-condition, in summer was too hot in the room. But swimming pool is excellent. Breakfast has also various choices and tastes good.

Location is nice with lake view and also not far away from bus station and train.

After all, recommend but not in summer time.

The hotel is pretty nice, the room I got has patio overlooking the lake. The size of the room is smaller than it appears on the pictures hotel provides

I stayed at the "Seehotel" (which is next to a very tiny lake, rather a pond) for one night and did not have breakfast there, so my experience is a little limited.
The hotel seems to be comparably old. It is not run-down, but definitely dated. The room was small, everything was clean, but the bang per buck is really small. In other words: I think the room at 162 € per night was really overpriced.

Barring the wifi which was a little below par, this is a great place. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the Lietzensee Lake. Beautiful views.

The hotel has its own spirit. It is not modern but everything is clean and the room was comfortable. The bed was very good and in the bathroom was a bathtub with shower. The staff is very helpful. The restaurant offers a few foods but quality of food is very good. Very nice view from rooms and terrace on the lake.

This such a wonderful family run hotel in the heart of Berlin. The rooms over look one of the best small lakes in Berlin and only 10minutes from the centre. Rooms are not modern, but it would detract from the character of the hotel if they were. The pool is a good size with good views outside and the breakfast terrace is like the I icing on the cake, over looking the lake with weeping willows and swans. Loved it.
