Not only staff are friendly, but they even managed to accommodate us for a late check-in (we were arriving in midnight in Berlin) despite they are usually closed in the evening, without any problem. Moreover they even provided us all their support in case of problems.

Talking about the room, it was beautiful and for the category of the hotel and the price we have paid, I think it is even better than what I was expecting. But the real surprise was the breakfast, which was included despite the low price paid: a buffet which is not maybe as rich as a 4 stars hotel one, but which still provided high choice. It was a good experience.

Very friendly stuff. Every room is different. There are 6 people rooms but also singel and twin rooms. I did read wrong when I booked my room ( the bathroom hasn't been in my room) but it was my fault. First I got a shock when I saw my room but than I just got used to it and it was okay for this price. The room and toilet was clean and I became really excited because for the bathroom...u did need a key so not everyone just could enter the bathroom. In my room I got a sink which was really practical. The stuff members were so kind because I arrived in night and they're not there from 22:00 o'clock anymore actually. I just want to mention that all rooms ( I can say) are really really sadly soundproofed!!! Of this reason just 4 stars.

The hotel is old but the rooms are clean, good enough for the price, which is quite cheap, and you can have breakfast for a small extra payment. Some of the rooms heading the street are a little noisy. Near the hotel there are plenty of restaurants, and the closest U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations are not too far away (about 5 to 7 min walk). All together it's a good place if you're looking for something cheap.

I am very satisfied with services here. Of course this place isn't modern and luxurious. However, the rooms is clean (and being cleaned daily). And staff is kind. The big advantage is location quite near Berlin Messe.

This place was terrible. We came at 20 o clock.You can t pay with card ,you have to go to shop too spend 20 euro to get cash!!!Peopel walk all night drunk and slam with door.In the morning before 8 peopel scream so forget too sleep.I forgot my shirt and called them too send me because am not from Berlin.She told me it s not her problem,they cant do anything for me.I should organize something.What please?At breakfast you have 4 tishes for whole guest.So forget it.????

An older hotel that could use some renovation, however it's clean, the breakfast was nice, it's cheap and it's a very nice location with shops and restaurants all around and few minutes walk to u-banh.

The place smells, carpets are old, no hot water, staff are rude, noise u0026 banging outside the property, this is not a hotel. Do not stay here.
