i stayed 5 nights at Pension Am Park with my Golden Retriever. It is in a beautiful location, right on a park/nature/greenery for walking and also a nice cafe but also super easy access to everything in the city. The owners and staff were top-notch; kind and aware of every detail to make the stay excellent. it's one of the best places i've stayed in all of my travels. Clean and beautiful (fresh flowers every morning) as well as a fabulous breakfast. 5-stars!

The booking and the arrival was a bad experience for several reasons. I made the booking around 19:00 during the evening and was arriving the same day. I received a mail that my keys would be in a box outside the hotel. When arriving the code did not work, and probably they forgot to put the keys in. As the reception is completely unmanned, I called several times from my phone and mailed them telling them that I couldnt get in, but there was no answer. I therefore had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. The next day I tried calling until 14:00 but there was no answer. When I went to the hotel later I found a person living in the building who called the owner. After alot of back and forth the Ukranian owner said that I would get one night for free if I stayed, but then withdrew that offer right after I agreed to it. Very dishonest. I ended up going to the better hotel right next to this one, for almost the same price. Overall a bad experience seen from all perspectives.

Zentral gelegen, Zimmer klein aber alles drin was man braucht. Waschbecken mit guter Beleuchtung darüber. Sehr grosses neues Gemeinschaftsbad ( wird aber nur mit 2 Zimmern geteilt) und super sauber. Handtücher vorhanden. WLan kostenfrei . Gerne wieder

The beds are very good, the bathroom with shower and toilet is small but perfectly adequate. The "small breakfast" to serve yourself is a great idea. Start the day relaxed and - it's available at any time. The ambience of the breakfast room is reminiscent of punk times, there were always fresh flowers on the tables. We are very happy to recommend this accommodation.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in der Pesion am Park. Wenn man nach einem ganzen Tag voller Sehneswürdigkeiten, Kunst und Kultur zurück in die gemütliche Pension kommt, kann man wunderbar entspannen. Die Betten sind sehr gut, das Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC ist klein, aber völlig ausreichend. Das "kleine Frühstück" zum selbst bedienen ist eine super Idee. Ganz entspannt in den Tag starten und - es ist zu jeder Zeit ist es verfügbar. Das Ambiente vom Frühstücksraum erinnert an punkvolle Zeiten, es waren immer frische Blumen auf den Tischen. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gern weiter.
