They have made improvements to avoid the issues that Easter 2022 had.

The line during snax weekend was quick and efficient for everyone. Also, I find the people working in the wardrobe to always be super friendly and efficient. Impressive system, and in my experience the wardrobe guy has impressive memory when I come back to get things in my bag. He instantly remembered where my bag was put,

We had bought a ticket for 65 euros to go out for 1 night in cat cat. Because this was with fast lane. When we arrived there was no fast lane to be seen. Standing in line for 3 hours until it was finally our turn almost we were told we needed an antigen test. This had been mentioned differently earlier on your facebook page. 65 euros for finally going home and a day to travel.

Guys I really think you have a communications problem. We came to Berlin for the Pride and wanted to plan our trip beforehand. Sent you guys an email 4 days ago thru Your site and also at contact@rev… email. Never got a reply.
Also, i think you should provide more info about the parties you throw and the venues.
Or make FAQ or Qu0026As..
To be fair, you guys replied the question asked here on Google. So thanks for that..

Such a Catastrophic experience. very bad management. Unlike any other party in the world, to enter this party, you MUST wait several hours outside the club in the freezing cold. this was such a traumatic experience - there was a line at a length of more than 100 meters and the staff worked so slow at the entrance. Won't do it again EVER. Most of my friends got back to the hotel after waiting 2 hours and other friends entered only after waiting 4(!!!) hours in the freezing cold. Shame on this business. in the photo - less than a third (!) of the line outside the revolver party at the Kitkat club yesterday.

Greed meets mismanagement!
There were much more tickets sold at presale, than people could fit into the club. Furthermore they sold extra tickets at the door. In the beginning, they would just let in people with VIP ticket (65 €), and people who paid at the door. So if you had a regular ticket (35 €), you barely had a chance to get in. At 2am the club was overfilled. Not even with expensive VIP tickets could you enter the club anymore till 5am. The night endet for many people as a big disappointment.

Bought tickets on the 15th of April 2022, for a party the same night.
Germany has no covid-restrictions after 1st of April 2022, and NO covid-requirements on the ticket.
Just 2 hours before the party is about to start, a note appears on Facebook: Management has decided that you now need a covid-test...........
And after several attempt to get the money back..... stil no answer !!!
On Facebook A LOT starts to complaint about this, and after 2 hours the owner of Revolver just delete all comments, and block for futher coments....
After a while he ask all his CUSTOMERS to feel sorry for him......
Excuse me, whats going on........
That annoncement is later deleded too.......
But he keeps the money !
THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM REVOLVER BERLIN !

Message an hour before the party that covid tests should be ready to get in, oversold tickets, 3 hours of waitingon the street with 2 lines, no organizer at the place. Last time i spend money for this shitparty.
