Location is amazing! offering a quick move to the key spots. Design of the lobby is industrial chic. Service is high end with friendly staff. Breakfast is great. The A/C could be more efficient. Disappointed however by the quality of the pillows.

Good location and transport links, very comfortable beds and an extensive breakfast buffet (costing €20) with some vegan options. The gym was decent but only contains an exercise bike, cross trainer, treadmill and some free-weights.
However, the hard flooring in the room was not cleaned often enough and if you are a light sleeper, you should not accept a room overlooking the courtyard. The hotel put out signs saying the courtyard is not for use after 10pm but didn’t challenge the guests who were loudly ignoring the polite notices and yelling outside into the small hours of the morning.

they did not clean our room for three days!!!
The hotel is nice, we got big room as we were triple. the breakfast is rich, but expensive 20euro per person. but it was worth it. One big thing was not OK: they did not clean our room for 3 days!! we came after long day outside, wanting to take a shower, no towels, when we ask to get some they told us we should go down to the reception to take as there is only one person over there and they cannot come to us.. no toilet paper, no shampoo, the room was messy, and with COVID now rising up again, not to clean the room is very bad!
we felt they didn't care, on day 3 we just took all garbage outside the room and the used towels.. .by ourselves... this is not good cleaning service. I am really disappointed from this. only on day 4 after yelling on them they did a "favor" and send us hose keeping woman that was very angry she has to do that!!! this is really upsetting!!!

Stayed here for 4 nights. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, comfortable bed. Nothing bad to say about this hotel ????. Maybe a small heads up if u come for a long stay- there’s not much space for personal storage

The hotel is easy to find. Fast check in by The reception (Inma). Room was clean and spacious.
However: the minibar wasn't filled fully so I had to let them fill it up to prevent them charging me for taking something I didn't take.
The tonic was way pas the expiration date so the housekeeping staff changed it.
The shower has a leakages from the edges of the door as it's not properly sealed.
There are black molds growing from the shower to the sink.
And some of the light switches doesn't work.

This is my second stay.
I really like this hotel. Walking distance to both Alexander Platz and Kreuzberg. Situated just a short walk from two different subway stations. Had a room facing the street, but it was very quiet. We didn’t have breakfast included. Instead we ate at a few of the cafes in the same street.

We had a superior room. Very spacious.
AC was good as well as it was 30c outside.

I hope I will return.

Excellent hotel. A little distance from all the hustle bustle but very well connected by public transport. We'll kept large rooms.
