Service was good. Some food choices were good. Chicken in tomato sauce was very good. However, turkey was very dry and not tasty at all.
Washrooms smell very bad. Couldn't change our baby there. Both men and women washrooms stank.

The place has horrible service, not just that they are not helpful, they jumped in front of us in food line. The restaurant prices are also waaay up - be vary when taking salad, it's not priced per weight, but per size of plate you take - even if you have just few tomatos on big plate, it will cost you ~12 euros! Not like service could let you know about it, I guess it's a big wish - when they cant even say hello.
I can't recommend a stop there, maybe if you bring your own food and just sit outside.

Cafeteria food kept under heat lamps at high prices that you'd normally expect to pay for fresh food. Of course it is a zoo and so would expect prices to be a bit higher but would be nice to have either a bit more for the money or higher quality.
Staff were fine and happy to help and the venue itself was fairly nicely decorated and themed. It really is just the food quality / food value that lets this restaurant down.

It's pretty good for a zoo cafeteria, but don't expect too much. They have a good variety of food, most cooked on site, but none of it is particularly exciting.
